4. Goal setting and Planning
Have a journal. All successful people do. Plan your day, plan your week, your month, your year, and continue. Some people know their plans in the next 10 years to come.
Yah, i Know, future is uncertain. Thing change everyday. Bla. Bla. Bla..
Planning does not mean you have to have a concrete idea about your future and you have to stick to it. Your plans have to be changing with time, and the way you see yourself in 10 years time will also keep on changing. so keep on planning regularly about your future and be flexible with your plans. Writing down your thoughts clears your mind and improves your concentration. Writing things down also improves your memory on that particular subject.
If you dont know where you are going or where you want to go, you will end up anywhere or nowhere. Setting a destination, a Goal, is Important and crucial. Where will you plan to go without a destination?
Goals have to be SMART. Simple, Realistic, Attainable, Realistic and Timely. Goal setting is a way of focusing your energy to a particular activity and planning its manifestations.
